Return & Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns for functional and/or unwanted items. The refund duration is within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must:

• Have arrived damaged or defective

• Be reported within 30 days of the delivery date

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
